HO vs Non HO?

I just pulled a 5.0 out of an 88 Thunderbird. I got to tearing it down, and it has a roller cam, but it does not have the valve reliefs shaped as eyebrows of an HO. It does have a "dish" in the center of the piston, that dips down about a 1/16th of an inch. I forgot to look @ the heads to get the casting number, but it is a XXX E7 block.


Would anyone be able to tell me if I have forged or cast pistons?

cast, its probably the same motor that came in the crown vics and grand marquis

I would start looking up the engine # to find out forsure myself.
