My mom is from Italy and she taught us how to use a bidet and dry off with towels so I didn't quite understand the hoarding of toilet papers. I have Filipino and Indian friends who grew up using just a bucket of water and dipper to wash off.
When it comes to other supplies, I get why they hoard, like food and cleaning stuff.

A "Bidet" in Kentucky is a Garden Hose and a selectable nozzle. My mom is from Italy and she taught us how to use a bidet and dry off with towels so I didn't quite understand the hoarding of toilet papers. What you do.........
- Do Your Business
- Duck walk out back
- Select a desirable flow on the hose (caution the water might be cold)
- Apply a gentle stream to the desired area
- Stand in front of the shop fan for a non-contact drying experience. (In certain times of the year, must watch out for possible frostbite)
