Yea, thats Nissan's exotic right now. Motor Trend's car of the year. He can talk all the trash he wants, just know that there are cheaper ways to have a car with 480 HP: The GT-R will run you at least $76K. How much does a GT500 cost again?

1. IBTL!!!

2. The GT-R is Z06 and ZR1 worthy. That car is badass and very siiick.

I don't look down on you because you lost to that thing...most of all of us would.

Parrish you should have asked him to run from a dig (on a closed professional course with an ambulance near by).

My friend used to have a Mazda MX6 or something that would just EAT IT from a kick down, the funny part is if he ran from a stop my virtually stock 86GT would leave him so far behind he'd never catch back up... EVER

Not saying that GTR would have lost to you but you'd have faired much better.

Maybe on the track with my slicks it might have been a race but on the interstate he ate me alive. Oh well, I knew better than to play on the street anyway.

Haha, no kidding. These days with how cars can practically drive themselves, its not enough that rich guys own fast cars that are waaaaay out of their automotive knowledge bracket, but they can also look like a hero driving them.

That's what I'm saying... My buddy's MX6 would leave me like I was sitting still.

5.0's are slow on the top end anyway. We all have stoplight to stoplight cars.

Considering it is AWD, I probably wouldn't recommend that either...

Well not only that, but hitting that button voids the warranty. A couple good launches with it off and you trans is toast. Already big controversey over it

No joke. They may be light, but it might as well be shaped like a shoebox. We 4-eye guys have it even worse. Ever been over 120 in a stock Fox? The roar of the wind is enough to make you **** yourself.

if it was from a stop on the street it would have bin somewhat of a race with the nitrous, but from a roll is definably ass whooping territory with any turbo car, let alone a skyline.

Did you run him with the car thats in your sig??

A guy on the local forum ran one from a 40 roll in a camero and ate him alive with full bolt ons and 150 shot.

It was that car but we were running 65-70. I backed out at just over 100 because he had me by 2 car lengths and was pulling hard.

Overpriced, ugly and in no way should such a one dimensional car ever be awarded such a generalized award such as Car of the Year. All it does is go fast. It cannot carry passengers well, it cannot carry stuff well, it is in no way practical. I can think of much better ways to spend $80 grand. It's a shame that they guy was such a douche...
