Its all about the legend IMO. And as far as power goes, they built it to handle 475 from the factory, so let the mods begin and watch 800hp 4000lb stangs rock like the terminators with blower porting and pulleys... Not to mention the 03/04 cobras arent far from 4000 lbs. They are like 3999

I laugh when people complain about how heavy the new Mustang is, it picked up only a few pounds, and if those few pounds decide whether you run 13.5 or 14.0, you have other issues to settle.

I think the Shelby is going to be the car to beat. Sure, a ZO6 will take it, for at least $20k more. Man, exhaust, intake, pulley swap, 450rwp shouldnt be too hard to make with a decent dyno tune, just dont let anyone over at AFP touch it JK guys, I shouldnt have said that, Misha will probably tell Chung to grenade my engine now.

I have a feeling there are going to a lot of the on the streets, I heard there is quite the waiting list for the new Shelby.
