home Made Mil Elim Question

I made my mil eliminators form that cougar site... i know that the resistors are non polar but the cap is... does anyone know what wire the neg and pos go on? i did my mils like a months or 2 ago and they were off for a month or 2 then they came back on... any ideas?

I thought it didnt matter? I didnt pay any attention when I made mine...

Not all caps are polarized. Tantalums and electrolytics are but most ceramic caps aren't.

What's the partnumber and manufacturer of the cap you've got?
