Eh, it was only off about an inch, and I really wanted the car out of my shop that day. Odds are if you send it back, they are just going to send you another one that doesn't fit. If I busted it, I'm sure I could have welded it back together. I had also spent a good deal of time removing the inlet tube for the smog pump. You can see on the right side where I patched it after grinding it all the way off. I'll never understand why they always put an inlet tube for the damn smog pump on every aftermarket H/X-pipe. Why pump air into the exhaust when there are no cats. That BBK longtube and X-pipe requires so many mods to put it in, removing that smog pump line is the least of your problems.

Hah, nice work. I had to do the same **** to make my BBK ORX to mate up to my BBK LTs, except I used a torch to heat up the pipe and just bent it.
