I make funnel cakes on my intake. What size cowl do I need for that?
Seriously though: Install the intake. Run a string from one fender to the other. Measure the distance from the string to the highest portion of the intake then add half an inch (more if you're using a hood liner).
I don't think anyone is sitting around measuring intakes and creating spreadsheets for intake height. Might be a good thread though!
