You will have to have headers, short mid-pipe, and then your catback.

what exactly are you trying to do ?

I have Jet Hots which are basically Hookers, but I'm running the matching Jet Hot off road X. It would be pretty easy to have some cats welded in my X pipe. Unless you are planning to do some custom work on the exhaust you'll have to get a matching shorty mid pipe for the LT's.

What mid pipe are you wanting to use ?

No, it won't, unless you weld on some standard exhaust flanges to the X and to the Hooker header. Hookers are made to work with their own X, which is a slip fit design.
