ok first off i would like to say i searched the forums and found out that my broken cig liighter and horn were on the same fuse, mine turned out to be blown, replaced the fuse now my cig lighter works great...
as far as the horn when i press the horn buton on the steering wheel, all i hear is clicking under the stearing wheel, im guessing it was the relay that does all the clicking, tried with the key on and same thing happens... does anyone know if this is a bad relay or are the horns bad?
