Hot wire help

On a fox body,I need a wire that is hot at all times ONLY when the ignition is on BUT is ALSO hot when cranking....peace

Use the Red/green wire coming off the ignition switch. Be sure to fuse it to protect the ignition circuit.
If the circuit will pull more than 2-3 amps, you will need to use the Red/green wire to trigger a relay that draws power from the battery connection on the starter solenoid.

I'm asking this cause i'm installing a fast XFI stand alone and they want me to wire a single wire off the fast dizzy to a wire thats hot all the time when the ignition is on as well as when your cranking it.It would be safe to say i could use the Red/green wire? peace

As you can see, the Red/Green wire that JR noted is what supplies power to the OEM ignition (amongst other important components). You would be hard pressed to find a better source.
