I asked them about roller blocks, and the response was:
the seller said:
We have earlier style 351 blocks in both one piece and two piece rear main seal configurations with Comp Cams retrofit kit for roller lifter use. We also have the later model roller blocks (I believe most of them are casting number F4TE) but they are 695.00 each due to the higher cost of the block core itself.
 
It looks good. Before buying, I would ask the seller what piston rings are the bores hone for so that you know which piston rings to use (i.e. moly, plasma moly or steel) or if you have a choice of hone. You don't want to use the wrong rings with the wrong hone.
