I have one, it needs to have the ford large to small conversion (1310 to 1330) u joints, it is 45.5 (I think) inches long. You reuse your spline and tail housing mounts on the aluminum driveshaft. It is also only 3" versus 3.5 for the FRP one. I checked with Spicer who makes the alum one and Ford Racing Help line to see if they thought it would be weak but they both said unless I had 700+ HP the 3" would be fine.
I think that you need to make sure when you go looking for one get one off a AWD Aerostar, that is what mine came off and it works great!
