How can I get a good price?

If you are buying from a guy you've been dealing with for 11 years, and this being your 5th purchase from him, you should easily get a deal that will make you as happy as the last 4.

Buying an ordered car is the easiest way for a dealer believe it or not. He does nothing more than place the order and call you to come get it when it arrives.
Doesn't sit around on the lot, he doesn't pay any interest on it if it sits over 30 days as many cars do.

It's easy money for him so you should be able to deal accordingly, especially you being a return customer.

How much over invoice you ask? That's tough to call with the car being so new to the market, but you should start dealing with him at say $500 over and see how things shake out. Try to get a comparative deal as you've gotten before since you say you've always left satisfied.

If you have purchased 4 prior auto's from this dealer, they should take care of you. If I were you, I would ask up front "I want to order an 05', what type of price are you going to give a 11yr returning loyal customer''?

Usually orders require a $500 deposit, but your only issue may be when your new mustang will arrive. The dealership I work at, still has 4 mustangs that were ordered in August that don't have vin #'s yet!!
