I’m not sure if I’m right but I think my fuel pump went out in my 2006 Ford Mustang. How can I be sure that it is the fuel pump cause I have no money to fix it and if it isn’t the fuel pump I’m pretty much screwed until I get my disability money to by whatever part I need to buy. Just don’t know for sure if it’s the fuel pump!! Thanks guys for your help if you do decide to message back!’

The easiest way to find out is to remove the pump and jump the 12v supply and ground terminals directly to a battery. If it doesn't work the motor's dead.
