How do I align the rear quarter windows on a 69 Ford Mach One?

Here is a really good article on window adjustment. I’v done quite a bit of adjustment to me coupe, with good outcome, but I’m not sure on sportsroofs..... Hopefully someone else here can help....

I’ve done it on my Mach 1 after I put in a new headliner and weather-stripping.

You have about 4 points you can adjust. One is behind a rubber pad on the door post, One is at the top of the window (2 screws that mount the window) and the other is a mounting bracket accessible after you take out the rear panels.

I don’t know of a proper way to do it. I just loosened up everything and positioned the window so it sealed correctly on the new weather-stripping. Then, I checked the alignment with the door window in the up position. I just kept moving things till I got a good seal and everything was straight.
