How do I get the rear bottom seat cushions out?

Under the front of the cushion there is a push on clip on each side - you need to get under the cushion with a flatblade screwdriver and feel around. Once you're on it, put the blade in front of it and push it in - each side will pop up noticeably.

Yeah, what he said. Just becareful as you can bust the plastic clip if you push on the wrong area.

Well it worked. I had the seat out in 30 seconds. Now that much of my interior is out just to run wiring, I start thinking about doing some custom upholstery or other interior customization. There is a fair amount of empty space under the seats as well. Got to get everything back together for the Fabulous Fords Forever show on the 18th. Oh well.

Thanks again for the tip.

To remove the backseat, slip a flathead screwdriver between the seat and heel kick panel and press the release tab. Both sides need to be released before the seat will lift out.
