I dropped my car in to have a few bits done including replacing the flexible brake hoses.

I ordered the parst from NPD but when my mechanic tried to fit them the fitting didnt match. The fittings on the front ones from NPD had unusual square fittings on one end but my car just uses simple male/female connectors on both ends, so he couldnt fit them.

My question which hoses do i need to get from NPD?

The unusual square fittings go into a bracket with a clip to keep them from moving. The actual connection is a female connector on the end of that. Is it a 68 Gt and if so, what kind of brakes do you have? 4 wheel drum, frt. wheel disc, rear drums....Are they stock or aftermarket?

I have a 1968 GT with front disks (non power) and rear drums. Dont know if they're original brakes but they looks stock.

best thing to do is probably to take a photo of my brakes and hoses and email it to NPD.

Sounds like you got hoses for a '68.

The GT disk brake hoses should look like this:

Oops, didn't see you have a '68. Maybe it has '67 type calipers?
