hey...so i installed a set of gears in my 94 gt, and wrecked both rear abs sensors, so i have to install new ones and am wondering if there is anything special involved with boltin them on...or is it a tricky gentle task that requires a mechanic's touch....they were easy to mess up and expensive to replace so please let me know whats involved with re-installing them...thanks ahead of time

Just clean out the holes with the wire brush where they go in. Make sure you have the screws that they were originally held in with. Then put the sensors back in, run the wires where the old ones used to be. By the way the connecter is under the rear seat. All you really have to remove is the wheels and rear seat.

I cleaned the holes out where the sensors mount through with a dremel (barrel sander attachment). Then I hit the cleaned metal with antiseize (parts store guy's idea) in hopes it would prevent or at least reduce the corrosion that locked the original sensors in there.

It happens, same thing happened when I had my gears installed by a guy whos been swapping gears for the better part of 30 years. Anti sieze is a plus for any future jobs in that area. The sensors run about 50 bucks
