How do I trans?

How do I convert the AOD colum shift trans linkage to a AOD floor cable shift trans linkage? I have both types of trans for parts. I hope this is the way to say it. I need the linkage system to be floor shift.

Any help will be great.

drop the pans and valve bodys and change the linkage as it comes out from the inside the tranny.
