Given the difference in lift between Cam A and Cam B, how does an engine behave with the extra lift from Cam B? These are both hydraulic rollers

Cam A:
Dur @ .050
Int 236 / Exh 240

Lift
Int 560 / Exh 540

Cam B:
Dur @ .050
Int 236 / Exh 240

Lift
Int 555 / Exh 576

these cams will be similar in performance depending on the lobe centers. cam A will work best with aftermarket heads like the twisted wedge "R" heads. cam B of the other hand will work better with stock or modified stock heads, though will have similar gains using aftermarket heads. this assumes otherwise identical mods to the engines.

Those are too close to call IMO.
No noticeable difference in sound or power.

Now, that is without knowing the event timing, lobe center, lobe separation.
That can be a world of difference between those two cams!
Do you know those specs? Or at least LSA and ICL? Those two numbers tell the whole event timing story...

LSA is a big deal. Affects the power curve and the idle characteristics.

Assuming the same LSA - not enough difference to tell.
