How do u get the airbag module/s out and where exactly are they?

Also, if you pull them, will the car start? or any issues with the PCM? Both my airbags are gone from a 15mph bump. Thanks.

There's a blue module in back..but theres a silver one in front of it lower..what does that block of metal do?
