how do you get the crud out of the cowl?

Iv got a 65 coupe amd theres a bunch of leaves, bugs and stuff around both my cowl vents.How do you get that crud out?

Just use water & use spray gun, using the highest pressure possible. If that doesn't dislodge stuff in cowl, just take fenders off and you would be able to probe stuff out via the cowl outlet.

Air compressor and a high pressure nozzle on a blow valve and just blow it side to side till it all comes out worked for me even with huge amounts of silica sand down in them

I used a leaf blower I found a greater volume of air worked better than the high pressure. I did it through the drains on the side blew it from one end and out the other.
