start with a very healthy short block, and add a turbo to pump in 30 psi boost. with a ztec motor in a focus, 514hp was made.

this is exaclty who its done step by step.
First get project crap oops I mean car.
2. Park it in the middle of the street.
3. Hope like he** that a jet crashes into you and launches the car like its got 500hp.
Or just get a huge rubber band.

*opening myself for flameage* (i didnt take anything offensively, just spreading ideas)

I love imports just as much as i love domestics and muscle cars... Im deffinately in love with rotary engines too. i wanna buy a 1st gen rx7 and run it as a daily driver.. but i will probably go with a 91 to 93 240sx instead, more available, more space, newer, and better reliability... i love honda motors and i drive a 98 civic ex daily (my bros old car, he moved to england), i just dont care for front wheel drive so much.

Drifting is a fun thing to try in a big parking lot or watch it at car show events, but its deffinately not a complete style of racing.... its what u do if u cant grip in racing lol. its fun tho, challenging too.

it pisses me off to se import dudes rag on domestics and domestics to rag on imports, cause i love em all... to me it shows how pathetic and closed minded most people are.. .but hey thats just me, i dont consider myself like others.

The new technology is allowing smaller engines to make more and more power, its pretty impressive... I for one HATE nitrous, and find it ironic that PHR magazine sports NITROUS OXIDE systems more than any TUNER magazine ive seen!!!!!!! come on... thats sad! i just dont care for goin in a straight line all that much anymore... road racing is where its at, nitrous cant help u there... paying money to push a button for more HP is just lame..

ok i think im done now, i dont know how off topic i got, but that was my rant for the night....

Imports AND domestics alike for me.... its more fun liking EVERY car , than hating em.

Pour a healthy slug of Nitro-Methane into his fuel tank, then stand back and watch the fireworks

Personally I think nitrous is the best power adder there is. You can't blame people for liking it because they spend 700 dollars and keep up with the high dollar boys. You can street racing and people will race you if you don't use it. You can'tjust disconnect you blower or turbo. You also don't blow a buch of money on gas around town. And it make for a very streetable ten or even 9 sec car. Not to mention how easy it is to hustle someone for money when you squeeze. LAME ?!?! I think most people are arfraid of it because of horror stories they heard from incompetent friends who try to run a 200 shot on a stock bottom end with the same timing and plugs. But hey, everyone has there own opinion and to each their own.
