How do you put on Control Arms

Just like it says, how do you put a set of upper and lower control arms on,
is there a step by step write up out there on how to put these on

go out and buy a set of spring compressors (lowering the control arms so the springs can depress is dangerous) and a chilton/haynes manual. two jack stands and a jack.

you won't need spring compressors...when you lower the spring/shock assembly the spring will be fully relaxed to the point where you can remove it. Your best bet is to buy a haynes manual and follow that.

We just lowered the control arm slowly and eventually it was loose enough that the spring just came out. It was a very simple process to replace the stock arms and all I did was ask questions here.

Basically jack it up, support it, remove rim, jack up the LCA, unbolt 1 end of the LCA, lower it slowly, remove spring, disconnect other end of LCA, put in new one, put spring in, jack it back up, bolt it all together. Tah dah.

I was about to ask how the heII you're supposed to get under there and tighten it up.
