how do you remove the fmu from the fuel rails???

i took my supercharger out and sold it and i couldnt get the fmu off i didnt install the unit so i dont know how they did it how do you remove the fmu from the fuel rails?? does it just come off if you pull hard?? i dont want to brake it so im asking you guys before i even think about it.

there are plastic tools too take the springs off on the inside you an get at a part store
