How do you take off fuel to injector lines???

I am trying to take off my intake manifold but I cant figure out how to get the fuel lines apart. I already took out the injectors and the brackets that hold it to the maniflod but the metal fuel lines are are connected and I cant get them off. How do i do this??

You need the fuel line disconnect tool, you can get it at any parts store. Make sure its for Fords.

Do you need to remove your fuel rails ?
If your doing a manifold swap, usually you can just sit the rails to the side.

Im trying to check out my head gaskets so i kinda need them off. I got them off today with the tool I bought. Worked great! Thanks
