I recently destroyed 3rd gear in my near stock 91 notch. I was planning on putting the stock cobra t5 from my 94 in the 91 and getting a upgraded tko for the cobra. I have been told it was a straight swap only to find out the input on the 94 trans is longer than the 91. I tried to switch inputs but they are very different internally. Can I use the bell housing from the 94 to make this work? being a bit bigger, will there be clearance issues with the bell? Any help would be great. Thanks.
