How does the front clip attach?

How is the front clip attached? Like the inner fender skirts and the radiator core support? I see how the outer fenders bolt up I have just always wondered about that other stuff.

I believe they are welded to the rest of the body.

The K-Member is the only thing that unbolts. All of the frame rails are welded to the rest of the car.

interesting, so when you buy a front clip for a car they have cut the welds? Geese, how are you ever supposed to line that up again?

Depending how bad the frame rails are ben't, the body shop can ussually straighten them out. Good body shops can do just about anything these days.
