I plan on buying MAC LT's (per you guy's suggestion), an o/r x-pipe, and MAC flowpaths. Can I just weld them in to the stock catback? Or is it worth investing in a 2.5" catback? I ultimately want to have about 350 rwhp. Will the stock catback support this much power? Also, does anyone have an exhaust clip of this? I couldnt find one on DonJohn's page. My buddy with an 04 terminator has BBK LT's, BBK o/r x, and MAC 3" catback and it sounds but I dont know how similar mine will sound. Any help is greatly appreciated!

The stock catback will bolt right on. But the stock catbacks are very heavy and have so much restrication I wouldn't want it.

I have Mac LT's, Mac O/R Pro Chamber and MagnaFlow catback and it sounds sweeeeeeet.

It should support it just fine. But I hate the puny stock tailpipes. I think the mac's have 3". Not to sound like a ricer but the stockers look like straws. I wish my Dynomax's were bigger than 2.5". But ya the pipes will hold you back probably less than 10rwhp.

grady (final-5.0) has long tubes and a high flow cat pipe with stock cat-back. iirc, he makes 293 with his combo and his torque curve is nice and flat. he also said he might be able to eek out a few more with a cat-back, but he does not want the dreaded drone....

he also has a stock maf and t/b ....
