Prob true on the insurance for a Cobra. Why not call the insurance company and get estimates for 03-04 cobras/Machs just to get a ballpark estimate then go from there, you never know they may be cheaper than you expect.
In TX stangs are so easy to find cause everyone has one...But in the autotrader there are always some nice GT's fully built up and s/c.Just be patient and ready for when you find that one.I know its hard to be patient when your wanting a new car but it does pay off in the end.Like when I was trying to buy a Mach I had found an Azure Blue 03 mach that I really wanted but someone bought it out from under me and then I found the Yellow 04 that I like much better than the blue and was cheaper with less miles.
yeah, i definitely think its better if i just sit it out and wait for something i really like. cause i was just looking at a car and since it got bought i'm in a must buy mood, so i would probably end up buying something just because i can.
i'm kinda being picky about what i want to buy
if i took a loan out for like 9k just a personal loan, i could make my car decent. i love the appearance of the new edges, and my car lookswise i don't think would ever do it for me compared to a clean new edge.
and the problem is, i don't want to drop 9k into a car thats worth 2 at best. its still a 14 year old car.
my dad says if we build up my car i'd be happy with it, i dont think i would be, and i dont have the time to do it. i don't want to waste all this time and money just to go "i told you so" then be in this same position.
