Got mine the end of November for $30k...you should be able to get one for ~$30k or a tad below by now....

Why not buy a 03? They are the exact same car except you don't get the "screaming yellow" or orange colors. (Or the myth-blabla color)

A local Ford dealer offered me a brand new 2004 Cobra coupe for $28,642. This included rebates ($3500) and factory employee discount ($3,923). That's about a $7500 savings off the MSRP of $36,065. If I could get a reasonable price for my 2001 GT convertible, I would buy it in a heartbeat.

you can get used 03-04 cars for about $23k-$27k if you look for them
