I was looking at the tccoa tech articles reading how to make a bullit proof 4r70w and there was a bunch of parts to add. Just wondering how much you guys have going through yours and what you have done to it.
I have had mine up to to almost 390 at the wheels. (now it's about 350). I have a TC, Shift kit and cooler. They can take up to 400 with no probs, and another 100 or so with a $1500-$2k build-up.

How hard does your car shift? I have a shift kit in mine but I think it is on the softest shift. When I bought it the guy said that I could make it shift harder. I was not sure if I want to change that or do a j-mod like on tccoa.
My car shift is "firm" but not "jerky" For some reason, the installation of the PI Stallion made it feel even softer. I can hardly chirp it from 1 to 2 anymore.
