How much is my Stang worth?? (Opinions Appreciated)

I want to sell my Mustang and want to know opinions as to how much I should get for it, what I should put as the starting price and any general comments regarding the sale of it. Here are the basic specs:

2002
Coupe
Mineral Gray
V6
83,000 miles
interior is perfect, non smoker
everything stock
replaced all tires 2 months ago
changed brakes 3 months ago
the mach sound system 6 disc
rear spoiler

any and all opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Is it auto or manual? How is the paint? Nicks, dings peeling? I am guessing around $6k. Depends on what you want for it and it really comes down to how much someone will give you for it.

thanks for the response chingonstang- car is automatic, power driver seat, cruise control, ac/heat work amazingly well, body is in excellent condition, the paint has normal peels on hood from basic driving but no nicks or dents at all *knock on wood*. (i can assure you no exaggerations).
