Any where from 40-60 psi depending on the condition of the engine, oil viscosity and oil temp.

That's pretty hard to tell, since most stock 5.0's don't really run past 5500 rpm.
You can gauge it at hot idle a little better.

For comparison mine idles at 25 psi, 195-200 degrees, with 10W-40 Valvoline. This is on a 150K mile stock short block.

Stock oil pressure relief valve is set to either 60psi or 65psi. At that point pressure is bleed off. So its not going to be around there. Doesnt matter if its at 5500 or 8500

thanks, thats what i needed to know, my car has a stock oil pump but, hci and sc and i shift it a little under 6000, so now I know it should have enough press
