I'll be taking my son and his car to the hobby shop this weekend and teaching him how to change his oil & filter. His car came without a manual (dealer ordered us a new one) so I'm just curious as to how much Mobil 1 I need to buy at lunch today. How much does the 4.0 hold?

Thanks!

Here's a PDF of the owners manual I found using google.

EDIT: Apparently Stangnet refuses to allow that URL. How petty.

I also used 5 qts on my last oil change. It was perfect.

Trust me... I'm sure there's a legitimate reason behind that mask/filter.

If you knew the story behind it, you'd likely have a differing opinion.

There is, however it is reserved for private conversation to avoid childish drama.

Perhaps petty was an overly harsh word, but I'm never a fan of restricting the flow of good information. Not the end of the world though, like I said it can be found using google.
