How much horsepower and TQ can you expect from a 6-8 PSI supercharger?

It would depend on which one you bought. You may want to specify type of charger, intercooled or not, and brand/model wound't hurt. There is a power adder forum by the way.

Other engine mods will also have an effect on total output. I believe the performance increase is usually estimated in terms of percentage of total output.
