How much $ should I pay for MOSRE axle shafts?

How much $ should I pay for MOSER axle shafts?

I called DTS and they quoted me $299 for a pair of 31 spline Moser shafts, plus $40 for the anti-lock rings.Tax on top of that of course. Does that sound about the best price I'm going to get or has anyone else got them cheaper? I also had them give me a quote for installing a gear. They told me $250. That's with the axle in the car and me supplying the gear set and new carrier. What do you guys think? I've dealt with DTS before so I'm not concerned with their work I'm wondering about prices. Anyone?

Axles are a bit overpriced as well as the install price for the gears and you can reuse your abs rings.

I looked on their web site, but found nothing. I'll try calling them on Monday. They usually have good prices. I'll try looking on Jeg's too. Thanks for the reply

I just looked on Mosers' web site and the sell for $295 a pair. As far as the abs rings, DTS said that OEM ones will work. But they can't press them on. They have to be ordered pre-installed from Moser. I'll try to have them put on here at work. The only reason I asked DTS about doing the job is because I've been waiting for 2 months to have it done here at my work. There has been some issues with Explorer and F-series axles. I'll have to go pay the guys at the garage a visit tomorrow after I drop my son off at day care. Hopefully I can get it done by them. Their price, a box of either Tim Hortons or Krispy Kreame doughnuts!

Well I called Moser,Summit and Jegs. The best price I was quoted delivered to my door was $279 from Summit. Then after that I called and got some prices for the FRPP H/D axle shafts. $230 with everything but new ABS rings. I went and ordered them today from Total Performance in Mt. Clemens Mi. I should have them by Thursday.
