how much underbody paint?

Hey guys, I've got my '66 up on a rotisserie for restoration and I'm approaching the point of finially having all the junk scraped off down to the metal.....does anyone have any fairly accurate estimates about how much paint is required for basically everything but what is painted in color coats (floor pans top and bottom, firewall front and back, inner fenders inside and out, subframe, trunk, inside roof, etc...hoping to use POR15 since it took so much work to actually get to metal.

nobody has done a "frame" off restoration and encountered a similar question?

Good question, I wish I knew the answer... I'm going to need to POR-15 my undercarriage sometime soon too I bet... just to be safe.

I did mine in the correct red oxide primer underneath, it took about 2 qts. I used about a gallon of paint doing the inside and out of the car and about the same in clear. Once you get that car stripped Id prime the whole thing in PPG DP40 epoxy primer and work off of that.

There are potentially 6 different types of paint used on the chassis, depending on how you want to restore or over restore. Amounts vary from one pint to two quarts
