How much will I pickup from plenum,TB, and power pipe?

I think I am going to add a Trickflow plenum, BBK 75mm TB, and MPH boost pipe. How much should I expect to get from that combo? I'm at 8psi with an s-trim.

about 15-25rwhp. the Dragon plenum actually works better on blown cars than the Trickflow. FYI.

No I didn't know that, hmmm..the dragon is about $70 more than the Trickflow.

The dragon has an internal "vein" that guides airflow. Not saying that's the reason its better with F/I but it is a distinct difference.
