boost like blowers turbos juice? are they higher compression like some of the other all aluminum engines..i have a 350z now and there biggest problem was high compression and that the engine being all aluminum would only hold 500 horse power. does anyone have info on the gt yet? didnt know if anybody who has done the work to there cars has had any issues.

500bhp, from a Nissan 350z

Maybe for a short while, but 'hold' as in produce a reliable 500bhp I think probably not.

Are you referring to the Nissan or the Ford? There is quite a few of older high performance( 500 RWHP + ) all aluminum 4.6's out there. Some are even daily driver's. As long as the tune is safe, then yes, the aluminum motors will last.

There are quite of few that are running the ProCharger at around 9 psi (450 - 500HP) on these forums. You will have to stick around and see the final outcome. I don't think anyone knows exactly what the limit is.

The aluminum block is not what is limiting the horsepower. It is internals. A stock aluminum block is good for more horsepower than you would be able to use on the street. The internals on the other hand... they will give out earlier.

They are not forged. I have been told they will handle 8 to 9 psi.
