How big a pipe do you wish to bend?

From my days as an A&P aircraft mechanic, the trick was to fill the pipe with fine sand and then heat it and bend it. The sand kept the pipe from collapsing.

A check of www.eastwood.com might be useful. They have all kinds of unusual tools for automotive work.

take it to the muffler shop and have then bend it for like $5. bend something into the shape you need (copper pipe) and take it to the muffler shop and have them match it.
