A few months ago I set my timing at 12 degrees. Recently when I did a tune up, I checked the timing and it was at 8 degrees. So I set it back to 10 degrees, but haven't checked it again. But, I have been starting to get a vibration from the motor. Its there a little at idle, but noticible at cruising RPMs. I also have slight popping in my exhaust, and am wondering if my balancer is going bad, which is why I havent set the timing at a true 10 degrees?
