how to clean intake ports?????

i have a 96 cobra with 'b' heads. anyone know how to clean the secondary (round) intake ports without removing the upper and lower intakes

Are you refering to getting the butter fly vavles to open, on the secondary runners. How are the acuated? By vacuum? Can't you just hook a vacuum pump up? Do you want to spray carb cleaner, or some thing else?

My buddys 96 cobra what we did was took the upper plenum off and the secondary runners where accessible (by the way it was caked with carbon), sprayed the hell out of it with carb cleaner and it ran alot better according too him
