can somebody show me pic of how to feed some seafoam into my engine. I want to use the stuff. And the pcv is impossible to get to...I know how to use seafoam, i need a pic of a possible vac line i can pull etc.
thanks

Unplug the canister purge line or even the brake booster. Run the motor at about 2500 rpm and be sure to only let in a little at a time, dont hydrolock the motor. I would try to put it in a sprayer and spray at the TB.

lol,no its a chemical that cleans up carbon...can i get some pics(that maybe just have a cheapy paintbrush circle or arrow pointing to the places)

i dont have my car to look at it is in the body shop. and i left my repair manual in the trunk im not asking how to do it, i have done it a couple of times just need to see were its really bothering me.

There is a large vacuum line that is connected to the top of the brake booster. Take it off while the engine is running and pour it down that line without killing the engine. Pour as much as you'd like, then shut the engine off for 10 minutes. Start it back up and watch the smoke. Should smoke pretty good for a little while.

Yeah, I think that if you don't even know where your brake booster is, maybe you shouldn't be attempting to put seafoam in your engine. Might wanna leave that up to a mechanic or something.

come on man, what are u talking about, please..lol thats an insult.
My car is at the body shop. I do not have it at my house.I am unable to picture it in m head. I dont have my haynes with me cuz it is in the car. I was reading this today, and got curious. Curiousity killed the cat;its bothering me im just asking for a engine bay shot with the line circled or something. I have known about seafoam for at least 3yrs now,not that it matters but come on man its seafoam it easier to use than droping in a k&n filter.

Want to run it through your intake System? Change your fuel filter, run your gas down to 1/4 tank and dump it into your fuel filler. If you think that hard injecting will clean your injectors or compensate for a ****ty tune up, you need to take it to a respectable shop.

thank you and one last quick question...would unclamping the inake tube @ the tb and jacking it up a lil on one side and pouring some foam in the tb have any overall better effect than doing through a vaccum line such as the booster.

`racerrx wtf are you talking about. I just have a half of can of seafoam left over from using it in my gas tank and just wanted to see if i can get a carbon cleaning smoke show...i dont think seafoam is a engine rebuild in a can but it does do a lil and my engine was neglected so im sure it has some smke to be shooting.
