How to get brighter headlights...and a bunch of other info

I found a stang board with a bunch of nice info, the one shows how you can get brighter headlights by puttting in a 2 relays and it is less draw on the car harness also. Heres the site for the headlights, has anybody else done this?http://www.geocities.com/midlife66/wiring/Halrelays.html
