How To ID a ECM

Anyone know how to identify if i have a speed density or mass air ECM???I got a extra 1 with the car i bought and not sure what it is????

What year is your car?

Is there any type of metal thing between your filter and the throttle body?

Car is 89 with mass air.Not sure what the extra computer he gave me is though....

It should have a sticker on the plastic part where you plug the main harness into, if it doesnt have the sticker, then theres really no way (that I know of) to identify what computer it is
