Old Holley head identification???

I recently purchased a 93 GT with a 331. It has a sniper efi, long tubes, a cam, Torker 2 intake and Holley heads.

I’m trying to identify the Holley Heads. I have contacted Holley directly. Their response was that they haven’t sold heads in a long time and they don’t have the information anymore.

Does anyone know how I could ID these heads?

I've been trying to find out what heads I have on my car. The only numbers I can see are on the front of the drivers side head. The number reads..... 12157...... does anyone have a clue what model/size these heads are? Where can I find the serial number (or is that the serial number)?

Any help would be appreciated.
