How to instal C&L tune on my diablo

Ok I got a diablo sport programmer without the C&L tune and would like to put it on there. I had C&L send the their tune and its in a FRG file form and I think it need to be in a CMR type file for me to send it to the tuner because when i try to send the FRG file it tells me they dont match and I cant use the file...........so i really need help cause just with the performance tune and C&L it really nocked my car in the dirt and put up a check engine light.
