to warm the tires up really good drop the clutch in 2nd gear so they can spin at a faster speed and dump the clutch around 4 grand in the water and then just slide ur foot over to the break and thats it. I had to do this on my bald street tires to get my 8.6 run on the nitrous lol the tires looked like slicks.
I put my heel on the brake and my toe on the gas and dump the clutch at like 3K and keep it somewhere around there using my toe. I don't know if that's the right way to do a standstill, but it's worked so far
