How to load torrent files into iTunes???

I've got quite a few torrent albums that I want to load into iTunes so I can put it on my iPod. Does anyone know how to do it. I try to upload the file or folder but it doesn't recognize the torrent file. I have one album on there already but don't remember how I did it. Someone help me.

Once you download the torrent, you've got to convert it to a readable file.

I think I used FLAC frontend to get the SHN file and I decoded it with the mkw Audio Compression program....

So where can I get those programs to do it. Download.com or something?
